Pre-existing Conditions is subject to a waiting period of 12 months.
Pre-existing Conditions in respect of chronic conditions is subject to a waiting period of 12 months.
Optometry benefit subject to a waiting period of 6 months.
Denture benefit subject to a waiting period of 6 months.
Pricing
An annual Premium of R 3,000.00 must be paid upfront, and proof of payment must be submitted with application form
